4x Trade Regulations and Security

As mentioned, 4x trade is owned by Evergo Ltd from the Marshall Islands. Since this offshore country has a weak regulator that doesn’t require any compensation funds, rather lets brokers do anything, you can be assured that trading with 4x Trade won’t be pleasant.

To conclude the story, 4x Trade is not regulated and doesn’t keep its funds in segregated accounts since it doesn’t follow ESME, MiFID, or any other regulative.

When looking for a brokerage, find the one regulated by Tier1 authority bodies like FCA and ASIC.

4x Trade Warnings From Financial Regulators

Like any fraudster, 4x Trade forex brokerage was reported one too many times. The Italian regulatory body, CONSOB, issued an official warning against 4x Trade and its owner, stating that they ceased the violation of Legislative Decree 58 related to finance.

Everyone frauded by the broker should report it immediately. If you are one of the victims of the 4x Trade scam, let us know.

Fund Withdrawal Issues

Withdrawing funds from illicit scams is never an easy task. These brokerages are opening with the utmost goal of extracting as much money as possible. Once they cannot survive anymore, they simply close the brand or change the owner. And that’s how they avoid payouts for years.

Unfortunately, 4x Trade is based in the Marshall Islands, and GLOFSA is not known as a complex regulator. There’s no compensation fund, so clients need to fight for their money any way they can, besides submitting a request to a regulator.

Traders Opinion

According to traders, the broker makes you purchase Bitcoin – as it says on the main page. The thing is, you cannot actually trade BTC or any other crypto with this company. What you see on the website is a preparation for you, as a client, to buy BTC and transfer it to the company’s account so that you can’t ask for a refund.

Of course, you can already see why clients are complaining the most and about what – their withdrawals.

How Does Online Trading Scam Work?

Depending on the brokerage you choose, methods can vary slightly. In the case of 4x Trade, you’ll be asked for a minimum of 250 EUR purchased through Bitcoins. The broker will then try to persuade you to buy more BTC, showing you its exponential growth. However, the one taking your crypto is the broker, while your trades are on shares, commodities, and currency pairs.

Even worse, once you ask for a payout, your account will be suspended. You will never see that Bitcoin, and you can only hope you’ll find an alternative way for a refund.

Beware of the 4x Trade scam and other brokers such as InvestCore, Daxiron, and FxGlory!

Is AltoFX a Secure And Regulated Platform?

AltoFX is an anonymous online trading brand without regulation. The firm has never listed its owner or legal jurisdiction. There’s no possibility to contact the firm except through a support email, where you will probably never get an answer. All this indicates that dealing with AltoFX is not secure and not recommended.

How Unsafe Is An Unlicensed Broker?

Unregulated brokers are not safe to deal with. Unlike Tier1 licensed firms holding reputable regulations and having compensation funds, AltoFX offers nothing. You have no money-back guarantee and nowhere to complain if you are scammed.

Our best advice is to find a legitimate investment firm and save yourself a struggle in the future.

Also, we want to invite you to read our recently updated reviews of fraudulent brokers ProsperityFX, Buxberg,  and Aurora Coins. Be careful with these brokers.

So Is AltoFX a Decent Broker or a Scam?

AltoFX is a fraudulent trading firm without a license. The broker has never listed owner or a legal jurisdiction. The consumer index is 1, indicating that you cannot trust AltoFX broker.

Traders’ Experience With AltoFX

AltoFX is not a legit investment service provider. Most reviews are turned towards withdrawal issues and clients’ inability to get their money back. Apparently, while you’re investing, everything seems terrific. However, if you decide that it’s enough and you want a payout, that’s the time you’ll find your access blocked, and nobody from the company will answer your calls again.

Report AltoFX scam before it’s too late.

AltoFX Offers MetaTrader 4?

The broker claims to offer MT4, the best platform this industry has. Sadly, it’s just a claim. Once you open WebTrader, you will see it’s a basic TradingView chart with several trading tools. Not to mention, scheme brokers use the name MetaTrader to give leverage to themselves and lure innocent clients into investing. Hence, don’t trust anything coming from AltoFX. The broker is just not worth it.

All About AltoFX Accounts

AltoFX has 5 account types:

  • Basic – $250
  • Silver – $10,001
  • Gold – $20,001
  • Platinum – $100,001
  • Diamond – Invitation Only

Also, the main difference is in the leverage, consultations with an account manager, access to special trading events, and different educational materials.

AltoFX Broker – Countries Of Service

According to our research, the broker mainly operates in:

  • France
  • Canada
  • Philippines

Note that offshore and unregulated brokers have no limits and are about to defraud anyone willing to fall for their story.

AltoFX Range of Trading Instruments & Markets

AltoFX offers a wide range of trading instruments, including:

  • Forex – EUR/USD, GBP/USD
  • Commodities – gold, oil, silver
  • Indices – NASDAQ, FTSE100
  • Shares – Amazon, Apple, Google
  • Cryptocurrencies – BTC, ETH, XRP

In the meantime, avoid scammers like Ortegazak, AGM Markets and IGC Trades. So, if possible, tell us about your scam experience.

Customer Support – Communication Channels

Customer support from an illicit firm will try to get ahold of you in numerous ways. Most frequently, scammers use phone calls and emails. According to AltoFX reviews, this particular broker also sends WhatsApp messages with different promotions and bonuses, luring clients into a scheme.

Therefore, whatever you hear, don’t trust it. Since the firm is not a legitimate brokerage, and investing with such is not recommended.

Minimum Investment Amount

As you can tell from the account types, AltoFX has a pretty standard minimum deposit of $250. However, here’s the issue: Regulated firms have Micro accounts starting with as low as $10 and Demo accounts. So, we don’t see any reason for you to expose $250 to an anonymous shady firm. Therefore, you shouldn’t see it either.

Lack of Access to Legal Documents

The trading company gives you no access to the Terms and Conditions. Instead, there are General Business Terms that explain each term but give no information. Basically, if you want to know anything about the trading process, withdrawals, or where to complain, the legal documents of AltoFX will be useless to you. And that’s something a broker cannot afford since it’s a financial institution dealing with clients’ funds.

AltoFX Trading Conditions

AltoFX and similar bogus brokers decide on their own trading conditions, not following any regulatory rules. So, we have unregulated leverage and a suspicious spread.

About Leverage And Spreads

If we trust the trading platform, AltoFX spread starts at 0 pips for major currency pairs. In either case, as appealing as this may look, you should be aware that legitimate firms profit from small fees. Therefore, if the brokercharges none, where is their profit?

On the other hand, the leverage goes up to 1:300, while regulators approve 1:30 for the Forex market and only 1:2 for the crypto market. Thus, this high leverage exposes your funds to risk, ensuring that you will quickly lose everything you invest.

AltoFX Deposit Methods, Withdrawal Methods, And Fees

The firm advertises the following payment methods:

  • Debit/credit cards
  • Wire transfers
  • Popular e-wallets

Since these e-wallets are not specified and wire transfer transactions are harder to reverse, we advise you to use your credit card. Also, don’t bother depositing with this illicit firm.

As per the fees, this company has not specified any since it lacks Terms and Conditions.

With a presence dating back to 2009, DeltaFX has established itself as a longstanding broker in the market. However, this alone does not guarantee the company’s legitimacy.

Our honest DeltaFX review aims to uncover any potential issues you may encounter as a client. One major concern is DeltaFX’s lack of proper regulation.

Furthermore, we highly recommend that you avoid the scam brokers Profitstrade, Trade Capital, and IC Markets.

DeltaFX Is Not a Reputable Broker?

Protecting your hard-earned money is crucial as an investor, and choosing a regulated broker is paramount. However, the case of DeltaFX raises questions about the legitimacy of some brokers on the market. Despite being based in Switzerland, DeltaFX claims to be regulated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, which has weaker regulatory oversight compared to other authorities.

This begs the question of whether DeltaFX is truly regulated after all. Our investigation into DeltaFX’s regulatory status uncovered discrepancies and raised concerns about the company’s reliability. As a result, we urge caution when considering DeltaFX as a potential broker.

Note: We have dug into DeltaFX’s regulatory compliance and scoured multiple reputable databases, including the FCA, ASIC, and BaFin, in search of their registration. However, our search yielded no results, indicating that DeltaFX is not regulated by any of these authorities.

DeltaFX is a shady forex and CFD broker that primarily focuses on the forex market and shares. It offers a demo account and a leverage of up to 1:1000.

Trading Platform and Other Apps on DeltaFX

DeltaFX is a forex broker that currently offers only the popular MT4 trading platform to its clients. However, they have recently announced their plans to introduce the new MT5 platform soon. As MT4 is a favorite among traders, we are pleased to see that DeltaFX has made an effort to provide the finest for its clients by offering this platform.

With fast trade execution, a wide range of trading charts and indicators, and various professional trading tools, MetaTrader is a top choice among traders. Its user-friendly interface and customizable options make it suitable for both novice and experienced traders alike.

Furthermore, the MT4 platform offered by DeltaFX is regularly updated to ensure optimal performance and security. The platform’s stability and reliability are crucial for traders. However, keep in mind that this broker has suspicious reviews behind it.

DeltaFX’s Trading Assets and Instruments

At this firm, you can trade a variety of assets, including. Let’s look at them!

  • A whopping 307 currency pairs
  • 4 metals and 2 energies
  • 8 crypto assets
  • 22 global indices
  • US, UK, and EU shares

Clearly, this broker’s main focus is on the Forex market and shares, as other assets are barely present. However, there is still a wide range of options available for traders to choose from. However, this broker’s highest leverage is 1:1000, which can be extremely risky for traders, especially those new to the market.

While high leverage can potentially lead to large profits, it also increases the risk of losing money. It’s crucial to understand the risks involved before trading with high leverage.

DeltaFX Broker’s Active Locations

DeltaFX is a company that is owned and operated by DeltaFX Ltd, a company based in Geneva, Switzerland. The majority of victims come from:

  • US,
  • Germany,
  • UK,
  • Netherlands,
  • France.

It’s a question when regulators of any of them will issue a warning against the firm.

DeltaFX List of Account Types

DeltaFX has 3 different accounts you can choose from. They are as follows:

  • Nano
  • Standard
  • VIP

They each have different amounts of money, leverage, and spread. If you want to start with a small amount of money, Nano only needs a deposit of $1. However, if you’re looking to be a VIP, you’ll need to deposit at least $20,000. There’s also a special version of each account that doesn’t have any interest charges, called the Islamic swap-free version.

Can a Trader Use a Demo Account?

DeltaFX offers a demo account to its clients for market practice, but there’s a catch. You have to deposit $1 to access this account, so it’s not exactly free.

This initial deposit may seem like a small amount, but it’s worth noting that some other brokers offer free demo accounts without any deposit requirements. As with any broker, it’s important to weigh the pros and cons before making any decisions.

About DeltaFX Terms and Conditions

DeltaFX doesn’t have a list of countries where they don’t offer their services. While their terms and conditions don’t specify which countries are off-limits, some reviews suggest that DeltaFX isn’t available in Canada or the USA.

This could be because those countries have strict regulations that make it difficult for questionable brokers to operate. As with any broker, it’s always a wise idea to do your research before investing.

Leverage, Spreads, and Fees

DeltaFX seems to primarily focus on the Forex market and shares, with a limited selection of other assets. If you decide to trade with them, keep in mind that the maximum leverage offered is 1:1000.

This is a high-risk strategy, especially for beginners who may not have experience in the market. It’s important to consider the risks and benefits of using such high leverage before making any decisions.

Thorough Review of a Blacklisted Scam Called DIFC Investment World

A seemingly friendly and comprehensive web presentation won’t give away much info on this firm. As a matter of fact, hardly any details are available at all. Even the legal docs seem so scarce, you just know something is wrong. Not to mention the hidden trading details and parameters. No wonder FCA has issued a warning on this site. Read our DIFC Investment World review to get to the truth.

Broker status: Unlicensed Forex broker
Regulated by: Unregulated Scam
Scammers Websites: difcinvestment.world
Blacklisted as a Scam by: FCA
Owned by: Peperstone
Headquarters Country: N/A
Foundation year: 2022
Supported Platforms: Web trader (alleged)
Minimum Deposit: N/A
Cryptocurrencies: Unavailable
Types of Assets: Forex, Commodities, Indices, Shares
Maximum Leverage: 1:200
Free Demo Account: Not available
Accepts US clients: Not accepting US clients

Is DIFC Investment World a Scam Broker?

From the information provided on their website, it doesn’t look like DIFC Investment World follows any legal regulations. There’s no even remote mention of the licenses and trading permits. The broker doesn’t even try to sound legal and regulated.

Since we had no other details, we had to conduct the investigation on our own. The databases of BaFin, CySEC, ASIC, NFA and CONSOB contain no intel on DIFC Investment World. However, checking the FCA register provided another result, in no way positive and relatively disturbing.

DIFC Investment World apparently doesn’t operate under legal supervision. Otherwise they would abide by the regulatory standards in the countries of operation. Some of the most important of those standards demand the highest security measures implemented. Such as segregated bank accounts, full transparency, transactions reporting and compensation funds.

Another form of reducing the trading risks is leverage limitation to 1:30 or 1:50, as well as negative balance protection. With their illegal leverage of 1:200, DIFC Investment World imposes a real threat to your funds. There are even worse illegal brokers, such as SwizzPRO, that offer leverage of up to 1:500. Please reconsider investing in such schemes and pick a regulated broker instead.

Warning Issued by Financial Authorities

While going through the databases that Tier 1 regulators keep, we’ve stumbled upon a warning issued against this broker. As the warning explains, FCA hasn’t authorized DIFC Investment World to provide investment services and bank transactions. Meaning, this broker is illegally offering their services to British citizens. More details on this subject can be found on the following page:

The Opinions of Traders On About DIFC Investment world

Quite reliable source of customer opinions on a site or product is TrustPilot. The website has some info on DIFC Investment World and it’s quite disturbing. From the total of 22 reviews, most of them are negative and characterized by disappointment and angst. Take a look:

I dont know why they lure people to keep their bucks with them only to vanish in a thin air […]

Trying to make a withdrawal i get all kind of story’s about not being able to do so […]

They are real scammers. Please do not give your money to them. […]

DIFC Investment World Platforms – A Software Comparison

Although account creation is a fairly smooth process, getting to the trading terminal is a real pain. Upon accessing the client portal, we found an option to open the Web trader but the function didn’t work. The page kept glitching up and refreshing endlessly. In the end, we couldn’t preview any trading platform at all. It is as if DIFC Investment World doesn’t even have a functional distribution.

What Financial Instruments Does The Platform Include?

The assets page on the DIFC Investment World website explains the available instrument classes are the following:

  • Forex (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CHF, AUD/USD, USD/CAD)
  • Commodities (ores, minerals, wood, coffee, cotton, wheat)
  • Indices (S&P 500, US 100, Dow 30)
  • Shares (Apple, Tesla, Amazon, Barclays, Adidas, Netflix)

DIFC Investment World Countries Of Service

DIFC is relatively new to the Forex world. The domain only exists for less than 6 months. However, the victims keep showing up. And in different countries for that matter. The biggest number of reported scams has happened in the following countries:

  • Germany
  • United Kingdom
  • France
  • Austria

Account Options Offered by DIFC Investment world

Every account type with this broker is described as suitable for a certain trader. After all, every broker does it. Hugosway advertises their offer in a similar way. And they’re just as fake and unregulated.

DIFC Investment World creates an illusion of each package bringing unparalleled conditions. However, none of the alleged features resonates with the competitive brokers and their offers. This firm is even secretive about the minimum deposit for each account. We only have the names:

  • Start
  • Mini
  • Standard
  • Classical
  • Vip
  • Pro

Can a Trader Use a Demo Account?

Only live trading accounts are available with DIFC Investment World. Reputable brokers would typically offer trial accounts with a virtual margin for test trading. Examining the trading conditions is easier that way and would persuade traders to join.

Unfortunately, Demo accounts with unlicensed brokers are as dangerous as the rest of the constructs of their scheme. Even if they were offered, the trading is skillfully controlled so it only brings profit. Gathering victims goes easier that way.

Terms of Service for DIFC Investment world

Legal docs at DIFC Investment World are as scarce as the rest of the website. Terms and Conditions should provide enough info on the company, ownership and legal processes. Alas, the several shallow pages don’t reveal much about this firm.

Several lines do warn about non-deposited funds and the nature of such bonuses and rewards. However vague or detailed and long, we alert investors to always read these first before agreeing to anything.

Leverage, Spreads and Fees

As already implied, starting leverage at DIFC Investment World is in the normal ratio – 1:30. On the other hand, more advanced (and probably more expensive) packages offer higher leverage. All the way up to 1:200. It is known that the higher the leverage, the bigger the trading risk.

Spreads are only described as ultra tight and desirable. We couldn’t even check their values from the Web trader as it was inaccessible. So much for the transparency!

What Should I Do If I Have a DIFC Investment World Problem?

Dealing with a scam experience isn’t easy. Especially with the burden of mixed feelings of despair and disappointment. But do not let yourself fall into disdain. Every problem has a solution. In relation to that, we can offer you advice for overcoming yours. Book a free consultation with us and build your strategy to regain what is rightfully yours.

What Is DIFC Investment World?

This is an illicit brokerage site that offers financial services and products without a valid license and authorization to do so.

Is DIFC Investment World a Regulated Broker?

No, this broker operates without regulation or supervision by any financial entity. The FCA warning explains that properly.

Does DIFC Investment World Have a Referral Program?

The current offer at DIFC Investment World website doesn’t have a Referral Program included.

Does DIFC Investment World Offer a Demo Account?

The broker doesn’t have a Demo account available. Only live trading accounts can be opened here.

Unfortunately, many users start reading reviews only after falling victim to scams. We sincerely hope that you are not one of them!

However, if you’re here because you suspect that your investment isn’t in a safe place, know that you have the right to claim funds back!

Legal Info: Is QxBroker Legit Or A Scam?

Keep in mind that binary options are banned in Europe for a couple of years, and not without a reason. Nevertheless, an adequate license is required to provide any investment services. But QxBroker doesn’t have any. Especially not the ones everyone trusts, such as FCA, BaFin or ASIC.

Instead, there are warnings against this company from Portuguese CMVM. Therefore, you can forget about their false promises about trading signals or anything else. But especially about protection and safety.

Who Are QxBroker’s Clients?

The presentation on the qxbroker.com website shows that the broker was registered in 2019. Yet, who.is domain research register claims otherwise – 2021. Considering the regulatory issues, this must be another bogus lie.

Anyway, the company is mainly scamming traders from:

  • Brazil
  • India
  • Bangladesh
  • Pakistan
  • Venezuela

Feel free to share your experience in the comment section below. But also to contact us if you need chargeback advice.

Traders Experience

Even though this company has positive reviews on Trustpilot, don’t let that trick you. In the end, they could be paid. Surprisingly, 90% out of 70 comments are positive. But you can deny that if you share your experience below about this broker. Or contact us directly for refund assistance.

Investment Costs With QxBroker

Another warning sign is that the company doesn’t reveal any trading costs, neither is leveraged trading available.

Practically, the broker is earning money from your gambling. The more you deposit, the more they are earning. But don’t let transparent fees trick you and to find out why, read this AlfaCapital24 review.

Bonuses

In fact, yes welcome bonus of up to 30% is available. Once you register and complete the qxbroker.com login procedure you can claim that bonus. Thus, be careful. Of course, there is a catch. Once you accept any bonus you have a minimum turnover requirement. Otherwise, you can’t get any money out.

QxBroker Trading Features

All the trading features with QxBroker are completely fictive. Firstly, they are not offering any third-party software. Secondly, they are offering highly risky binary options. Practically like a roulette. So, everything you see about this company is imaginary.

Is QxBroker Legit?

Not at all. Otherwise, the broker wouldn’t have warnings from trusted regulators. But it seems like they don’t care. They continue building their network. But to learn how to prevent yourself from falling into these traps, read our comprehensive Binatex review.

Available Trading Assets

QxBroker offers only 4 major categories. Of course, all in the form of digital assets. Those are:

  • Forex – USD/EUR, GBP/NOK
  • Commodities – platinum, silver
  • Indices – FTSE100,
  • Shares – Amazon, Microsoft

Account Types

Important to realize is that this company doesn’t have an account type classification. Practically, everyone gets the same shady conditions and minimum deposit requirement of $10. But to avoid any nightmares you should opt for a licensed broker.

Mobile Trading App

Indeed, the QxBroker mobile app is available, but only for Android users. On the positive side, it has more than 1M downloads on PlayStore. But a quite low rating. As mentioned before, it’s a proprietary app and easily manipulated by the company.

Demo Account

A demo account is available with the QxBroker scam. But don’t let that trick you. They can easily control the date to make it look like you are making money. Consequently, you start depositing and you fall in their trap.

QxBroker Withdrawal

Of course, withdrawals are the most important topic. Primarily because that defines if QxBroker is legit. But they are not.

With malicious bonus policies and missing regulations, withdrawals are practically impossible. But of course, they can come up with other excuses. Like verification, taxes or fees.

Customer Support

Important to realize is that the company doesn’t offer any contact options. Yet, they expect you to trust them with your money.

Instead, you just have guidance on how to open a contact form and send them a request. But if they will respond, it depends on your demand.

Key Information To Consider About QxBroker?

The company has all the warning signs possible. Non-regulated and non-transparent brokerage without any credibility. Not something that experienced traders are looking for. Also, they are offering services in countries with weaker regulations. But in Europe, they wouldn’t be able to.

Anyway, wherever you are from, transactions are performed in the same way. But also chargebacks and alternative refund options. If you think that this company scammed you, contact our refund team for consultation. Book your first free meeting now!

Fibonacci Trade Review – Why To Avoid Fibonacci-trade.com Trading Scam?

Whenever we come across a trading firm with a generic name, as’s the case with Fibonacci Trade, our first question is what they are trying to hide. Usually, trading firms are trying to be distinctive and recognizable. However, scammers will often try to avoid reviews and regulatory warnings by picking a term that’s widespread as something else. In this case, the broker refers to the Fibonacci trading indicator.

Read our detailed Fibonacci Trade review to find out what this firm is trying to hide.

To add to the foregoing, we seriously recommend you to avoid fraudulent brokers such as TopTrade500, Broker Capitals, and WinzoFx.

Is Fibonacci Trade a Safe Broker or a Scam?

The first issue we’ve faced is a lack of Terms and Conditions. We know nothing about the company owner, legal jurisdiction, or trading terms without these. If an issue arises, you have no owner, and starting legal action against the phony website is virtually impossible.

We’ve researched all the major registers in the areas where Fibonacci Trade provides financial services. Upon going through the records of ASIC, FCA, AMF, BaFin, and many more, we found nothing on Fibonacci-trade.com. It indicates that this is yet another illegal trading firm lurking clients into the scheme.

Fibonacci Trade is an anonymous online trading platform. The broker didn’t provide basic information about the owner or legal jurisdiction, while most reviews are negative.

Reasons Not to Trust an Unlicensed Broker

With license come certain obligations. Brokers should have a compensation fund, provide negative balance protection, keep clients’ funds in segregated accounts, and maintain a minimum capital of at least 730,000 EUR.

Unregulated and offshore brokers don’t follow these rules, which is why getting money back upon being scammed is difficult. There’s no regulator or dedicated funds for reimbursement of potential victims.

Fibonacci Trade Crypto-Assets – Opportunity For Traders or a Fraudulent Scheme?

Fibonacci Trade offers various trading assets but insists on crypto as the main one. Most brokers nowadays are abusing crypto as the most volatile asset on the financial market, promising clients thousands of dollars of quick profit. Due to a lack of knowledge, one might believe in a compelling story and invest their hard-earned money.

You should be aware that the Fibonacci Trade broker is nothing but a bogus, unregulated website waiting to steal as much money as possible and vanish.

What Do Traders Think Of Fibonacci Trade?

While finding reviews for this broker is difficult due to the generic trading name, we were able to look up some. And what we found was not pleasant. Customers are highly disturbed that they were approached to invest thousands of dollars but cannot withdraw their funds. Each and every withdrawal request has been denied, and broker employees have become unavailable.

If you recognize yourself in this story, it’s vital to report the scheme immediately.

Fibonacci Trade Available Online Trading Platform & Tools

The company offers a somewhat intuitive WebTrader with basic functions. However, specific trading strategies aren’t applicable as this platform doesn’t feature enough tools. There are basic indicators, several chart types, and an overview of trading history and assets. If you’re looking for anything more advanced than beginner-level trading, you won’t find it here.

So, What Is The More Efficient Software?

According to over 80% of retail traders, MetaTrader is the best platform on the market. Whether you choose MT4 or MT5, you won’t make a mistake. Both software support EAs and social trading and are suitable for all trading strategies. One will find many analytical tools and research materials on the platform itself.

Fibonacci Trade Accounts Overview

Customers can choose one of the five account types, those being:

  • Green – 5,000 EUR, trade expert, 2.5 pips spread
  • Premium – 15,000 EUR, trade expert, 2 pips spread
  • Platinum – 50,000 EUR, premium trade expert, 1.5 pips spread
  • Executive – 100,000 EUR, specialized trade expert, 1 pip spread
  • Presidential – 250,000 EUR, presidential expert, 0.5 pips spread

As you can tell, you’re getting a lower spread, more assistance, and more educational materials with more funds.

Can I Try to Trade With a Demo Account?

Customers can choose between a Live or a Demo account to test the platform. However, it’s another way to convince you to invest. If you see profits on the virtual account, you will feel more comfortable investing real money. This is where all your problems will start since the broker won’t allow any withdrawals.

Fibonacci Trade Broker – Countries Of Service

The company is providing services mainly in:

  • Netherlands
  • Australia
  • UK

Note that Fibonacci Trade trading scam is everywhere. Moreover, don’t sign up for any of their ads, and don’t be the next victim.

Bonuses and The Terms of Their Receipt

According to the Bonus Policy, customers can get up to a 25% bonus for any account type. However, this money is not free. If one has accepted bonuses, they cannot withdraw their profits since both bonus and profit made from it are not eligible for a withdrawal.

Since you cannot prove how much you’ve made from your funds and how much from the bonus amount, it’s clear that this is just a malicious clause to dissuade you from getting your money back.

Fibonacci Trade Range of Trading Markets

Customers can trade in the following markets:

  • Forex – EUR/USD, GBP/AUD, CAD/CHF
  • Commodities – gold, corn, palladium
  • Indices – Dow Jones, AUS200, DAX30
  • Shares – AMZN, NFLX, GOOGL
  • Cryptocurrencies – ADA, MATIC, IOTA

Please, remember the names of the scammers AxisCapital, Arkcoin, and Istrade and stay away from them! Also, before investing, always examine the history of internet trading organizations!

Trading Terms Offered By Fibonacci Trade

Fibonacci Trade offers unregulated trading terms. Since the firm is not bound by rules, it can set any leverage, spread, and other conditions, including a malicious bonus. So, here’s a brief overview of trading costs and risks. It’s just not worth it.

About Leverage and Spread

Leverage is fixed, set to 1:200 for each account type. Besides, knowing that regulators in the EU and UK have a limit of 1:30, and in Australia 1:50, you can see how high the risk here is.

The leverage ranges from 3 pips to 0.5 pips, which is a rather big gap. Also, tight spreads are much more profitable for investors.

Minimum Investment Amount

The broker requires a minimum deposit of 250 EUR. Thus, this would be alright if the firm were legit. However, many regulated brokers allow you to start with as low as $5. Thus, avoid Fibonacci Trade.

Fibonacci Trade Deposit, Withdrawal Methods, and Fees

Without a Withdrawal Policy, we don’t know much about withdrawal methods. The only thing stated in the Refund Policy is that the firm operates according to AML policy. What does it mean for investors and their funds? Remains unclear.

Methods of Payment

The company accepts deposits using:

  • Debit/credit card
  • Wire transfer
  • Neteller
  • Skrill
  • WebMoney.

WBIInvest Regulations And Security

As mentioned, WBIInvest is an entirely anonymous brokerage. We have no owner and no headquarters. According to terms and conditions, if there’s any legal issue, governing law is the law of Estonia. Since this country does have a financial regulator, we’ve checked the FI register searching for a WBIInvest license. Of course, we found nothing.

All this implies you’re dealing with a shady company, and in case of any issues, you’re not entitled to any compensation funds.

In addition, we strongly advise you not to invest in WinHycm, RedRock500 and LloydFX fraudulent brokers.

Fund Withdrawal Issues With WBIInvest Broker

Some brokers believe their anonymity protects them from any consequences or fines for illegal behavior. One of those is WBIInvest that refuses to process withdrawal requests and doesn’t want to pay clients their profits. By the time you submit a request, everything will be terrific.

Broker’s employees will be at your disposal for anything, talking to you for hours. Yet, once you want your funds back, you will get a silent treatment and a possible account suspension.

If you notice that you cannot contact your account manager or log in to your trading account for a significant time, let us know.

Areas Of WBIInvest Scam

According to WBIIinvest, most clients are from Germany and Albania. However, other EU countries, South Africa, Australia, Singapore, are just a few more victims on the long list.

Wherever you are, don’t accept any offers coming from this fraudulent broker.

Also remember the names of the CCG Trade, EuroMTS and FlexInvest trading scams and avoid them at all costs! Moreover, always check the background of online trading companies before investing!

Traders About WBIInvest Scam

According to reviews, traders are mostly complaining about withdrawal issues. However, those who are still trading say that the broker’s Web trader is full of problems, and some basic things such as Take Profit and Stop Loss are not active.

It means that if you set them up and wait for your trade to close automatically, you might lose all of your money, and the company won’t care to reimburse you.

How Does Online Trading Scam Work?

Online trading scams are more widespread and sophisticated than ever. The global pandemic and everything that is going on opened doors for many fraudsters, such as WBIInvest. Those brokers are actually just chasing the money and don’t care which tools they will use to get it.

After you sign up for an ad, you will receive a call from lovely support asking you to make an initial deposit. Once you do so, you will be prompted to add more and more money until you decide it’s enough and request a payout. That’s when you’ll find yourself without access to your trading account and unable to contact the brokerage.

Beware of the WBIInvest scam and let us know whenever you notice anything suspicious.

Scammed by WBIInvest? – Tell Us Your Story

If you were scammed by WBIInvest, know that you are not the only victim. This broker has its methods of defrauding clients and disappearing. In this case, your only solution is to file a dispute and request a chargeback.

But What Is A Chargeback?

This is a way for your bank to reverse the fraudulent transaction within 540 days since it occurred. For further information, contact our support via online chat and book a free consultation with our specialists who may help you with this case.

Simply put, it is a fraudulent online CFD and Forex trading provider.

Is WBIInvest A Scam Broker?

Company operates without a license, making it an illegal brokerage.

Billner Group Review: This Anonymous Platform Is Unreliable

Billner Group is an anonymous online trading platform with no license or regulation. The broker’s phone number has the US area code but do not mistake this platform for a legit American provider.

The data we found shows that this website was created relatively recently. This platform cannot be trusted and we will explain why in our Billner Group Review.

Regulated by: No regulation
Is This Company Safe? No
Known Websites: billnergroup.com

Operating since: 2023-04-20
Trading Platforms: WebTrader, Desktop app
Maximum Leverage: 1:400

How to  Withdraw from This Company? Since this company is unlikely to return your money – contact your bank, Financial Regulator, or simply Reach out to us for professional assistance in recovering your funds.

Legal Info: Is Billner Group Legit or a Scam

The Billner Group Platform is not regulated. In fact, we know absolutely nothing about this phony brokerage. The single available piece of information is the US phone number. However, this anonymous website is not regulated by a financial market authority.

In the US, all brokers must be registered with the Commodity Future Trading Commission (CFTC) and the National Futures Association (NFA). Billner Group is not, which is why you should stay away from this financial swindler. Fraudulent brokers such as europrime caused a lot of damage.

Instead of trusting these scammers, we suggest you find a reliable provider with a license issued by a reputable regulator.

Top-tier regulators such as the FCA (UK), CFTC (US), ASIC (Australia), CySEC (Cyprus), CNMV (Spain), etc. require brokerage companies to possess a substantial minimum operating capital (i.g. 730,000 EUR or 20,000,000 USD), offer clients negative balance protection, a segregated account, and even a compensation scheme (i.g. up to 20,000 EUR).

Who Are Billner Group’s Targets?

According to godaddy.com/whois, the BillnerGroup website domain was created on April 20, 2023. Since then, the shady broker has mainly been targeting traders who live in the following countries:

  • US;
  • Canada;
  • India.

Domains such as the United States and Canada are known for particularly heavy financial market regulations and rules. Billner Group is not compliant with the rules. For instance, the broker offers leverage of up to 1:200 but the legal cap in North America is 1:50.

Like FxOnUs, Billner Group also has an arsenal of deceitful tactics and tricks to entice unsuspecting traders and get them to invest as much money as possible so please be on your guard.

Trader Reviews

On trustpilot.com, there were 11 positive reviews for Billner Group at the time of this writing. However, these reviews should be taken with a grain of salt.

One trader claims that he/she has been using the platform for months but WHOIS says that the website was created in late April. Other Billner Group reviews basically use the exact same text will slight adjustments and changes.

For several months now, I have been utilizing the trading platform provided by the Billner Group, and I am pleased with it…

  • Trustpilot user, July 17, 2023.

Leverage, Commissions, Spreads, Fees and Taxes

Billner Group’s maximum leverage ranges from 1:200 to 1:400, depending on the account type. This is proof that Billner Group is not a legit US, Australian or European platform since these jurisdictions have much lower limits.

As for the trading costs, i.e. spreads and commissions, the specific numbers are virtually unknown. Allegedly, traders are getting tight spreads and no hidden commissions. You know something fishy is going on when a broker does not transparently disclose the exact numbers.

Bonuses

Billner Group also offers bonuses. However, these pesky “awards” do not come without a cost. Like most scammers, Billner Group included an unfavorable clause in the bonus policy.

Namely, traders are required to reach “the trading volume of 250 lots (1000/4) has to be done to withdraw bonus funds and profits,” which is insane. Know that for this reason, brokers are banned from awarding bonuses in Europe and Australia.

Trading Platforms Available

Billner Group offers a desktop, mobile, and web trading platform. The former two are unknown but it is certain that the broker does not support proven and credible platform such as MT4, MT5, or cTrader.

As for the web platform, the Billner Group Login screen prevented us from viewing the terminal unless we register and deposit real funds. In general, browser-based platforms are lackluster and ineffective compared to the aforementioned trading software.

Having withdrawal issues? Please book a free consultation with our team and get your money back as soon as possible.

Mobile Trading App

The unscrupulous broker also offers a mobile trading app. This software can be downloaded on all Android and iOS phone systems.

Mobile trading offers numerous benefits and perks such as trading on the go and flexible time management. However, trading on an unregulated mobile platform is not recommended.

Available Trading Assets

According to Billner Group’s website, the broker offers the following trading instruments:

  • Forex currency pairs – EUR/USD, GBP/JPY, AUD/CAD…
  • Indices – S&P 500, NASDAQ 100, DAX 30…
  • Commodities – gold, coffee, crude oil…
  • Stocks – Apple, Tesla, Disney…
  • Crypto – BTC, ETH, LTC…

Account Types

Billner Group offers three different live account types:

  • Silver;
  • Gold;
  • Platinum.

The leverage of these accounts ranges from 1:200 to 1:400, which is high and pretty risky for trading. Account types allegedly offer more perks but concrete trading conditions such as spreads were not mentioned.

Furthermore, Billner Group does not offer a risk-free demo account, which is a red flag. The broker thus forces interested traders to open a live account right away and invest real money, only for the Billner Group to embezzle all their funds. Legit brokers always offer a demo account.

If you lost money to the Billner Group Scam, contact us for help. We can help you recover your funds.

AnyDesk and TeamViewer

Billner Group also provided download links for two apps – AnyDesk and TeamViewer. These two apps allow one user to access and use the PC of another.

Per se, AnyDesk and TeamViewer can be pretty useful but in this case, you must not download these apps. Imagine the chaos if you allow an anonymous scammer such as Billner Group access to your personal and finance-related information.

Billner Group Withdrawal Process

The Billner Group withdrawal policy says that there are two available payment methods, also used for depositing funds:

  • Credit/debit cards;
  • Wire transfers.

The minimum deposit requirement is undisclosed but the minimum withdrawal amount is 50 USD. The broker claims that there are no deposit and withdrawal fees for credit card payments. These payments can be revered via a chargeback, which is good news.

Key Information To Consider About the Billner Group Scam

To recap, Billner Group is an anonymous scam website with no trading license or regulation. This website was created in April 2023, offering services to traders from the US, Australia, and India.

We do not recommend you trust this broker as it is most likely a scam. If you cannot withdraw money from the platform, book a free consultation with our team and we will explain how the chargeback process works.

Credit/debit card payments can be reversed. This process is known as a chargeback and can be requested at the issuing bank within 540 days of the transaction.

Tonpex Review: Not a Legitimate Investment Platform?

Cyber fraudsters have many faces and tricks up their sleeves. They are known for frequently changing names, platforms, and websites because the end justifies the means in their world.

Our Tonpex Review is an honest analysis of a dangerous investment scheme, openly claiming to be a High-Yield Investment Program (HYIP). Bear with us as we explain how the plot works and why you must stay away from dubious platforms such as Tonpex and Dripcoin.

How to  Withdraw from This Company? Since this company is unlikely to return your money – contact your bank or financial regulator, or simply reach out to us for professional assistance in recovering your funds.

Legal Info: Is Tonpex Regulated?

The bogus website did not reveal any relevant information about the firm’s legal background except for stating that the business is allegedly based in the United Kingdom. We looked up the firm in the UK Company House but got no results.

Further investigation shows that the platform previously used a different website domain – tonpex.org. This rendition of the scheme was exposed in late November by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The warning says that the Tonpex investment firm is “not authorized by a licensee.”

Italy’s CONSOB also added the entity to its alert list on December 6. This means the provider has no authorization to operate in the European Economic Area (EEA) and that the shady investment is dangerous.

Instead of trusting unlicensed imposters, you should stick to regulated providers operating under the watchful eyes of renowned financial authorities such as the FCA (UK), CFTC & NFA (US), ASIC (Australia), IIROC (Canada), BaFin (Germany), JFSA (Japan), MAS (Singapore), etc.

What Is a HYIP?

A HYIP is a fraudulent investment scheme that purports to deliver extraordinarily high returns on an investment, per Investopedia. Since HYIPs are essentially pyramid-type models, i.e. Ponzi schemes, the money gathered from new investors is used to pay those who came before them.

Such programs rely on keeping clients for as long as possible, promising returns north of 100%. Tonpex openly claims to be a HYIP, which is a dumb move, most likely indicating that the fraud is not competent at all. Stay away from such platforms and report them to the authorities.

Who Are Tonpex’s Targets?

According to godaddy.com/whois, the tonpex.com website domain was created on May 25, 2023. Recently, the financial swindler started using it to defraud unsuspecting traders who reside in the following countries:

  • Mexico;
  • Venezuela;
  • Dominican Republic;
  • Ecuador.

The scam targets Spanish-speaking traders. While these countries may not be major financial hubs, most have regulations in force that require market participants to obtain an operating license.

To reiterate, the Tonpex crypto investment scheme has no license whatsoever. The devious investment platform is reminiscent of the Demaxis sham.

Trader Reviews – Sharing Experiences

There are only three Tonpex reviews on trustpilot.com – two negative and one positive. The scanty feedback is not surprising given the website’s low trust score and suspicious background on webparanoid.com.

“Tonpex.com is a big scam. I invested and lost my money. I advise no one to invest on this company,” one unfortunate victim said, claiming the platform embezzled his funds.

We recommend you always read what users say about a certain provider to learn which methods the cyber hoodwinkers use to fool traders and how their diabolical schemes work.

How the Investment Scam Works

Let’s outline how most investment scams work; you’re enticed to risk your money for hefty rewards and substantial return on investment. However, as soon as you request a withdrawal, you will be denied. The company’s customer support will simply cease all communication and you’ll be left without any compensation.

Furthermore, the Tonpex platform may demand an illegal upfront fee before allowing users to withdraw any funds. As for the means and channels used to communicate with potential victims, the fraudster heavily relies on Telegram and WhatsApp. In case you’ve already deposited your funds, we can help you recover the money.

Available Investment Plans

Investment Plan Foreground Background Third Fourth  Fifth
Minimum Deposit 30 USD 1,000 USD 3,000 USD 6,000 USD 10,000 USD
Return on Investment 10% after 24 hours 15% after 48 hours 25% after 72 hours 30% after 96 hours 40% after 144 hours
Referral Bonus 5% 5% 5% 5% 5%

Cryptocurrencies are incredibly volatile assets. Countless factors affect the growth/drop in prices of digital assets. As soon as you see that a provider is promising lucrative returns after short periods, know that you’re most likely dealing with a scammer.

Add to that the dubious legal background and lack of transparency and you have eliminated all doubt. As for the referral bonuses, the Tonex platform is aiming to expand its unscrupulous operation by making users recruit new members for a small reward

Deposit and Withdrawal Process

The website listed a couple of crypto coins that can be used to buy investment plans:

  • Bitcoin;
  • Ethereum;
  • Litecoin;
  • Bitcoin Cash.

The minimum deposit is 30 USD. However, given the provider’s shady background, you are unlikely to be allowed to withdraw your money.

Scammers prefer crypto payments because they are extremely hard to trace and undo. Such a method allows them to remain anonymous and run their schemes.

To reverse crypto transactions, you’re going to need to seek out professional assistance as these types of payments can be a nightmare to undo. Luckily, we have a team of experts that can help you recover your funds.

Key Facts To Consider About Tonpex

To summarize, Tonpex is a virtually anonymous investment hoax mainly targeting traders from Mexico, Venezuela, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic. The platform has been blacklisted by ASIC and CONSOB.

We do not recommend the firm because it is unregulated and not transparent at all. In case you’ve lost money to the Tonpex scam, you must seek our professional help to recover your funds!

StakingTrades Review – All The Reasons Not To Trust Stakingtrades.com Broker

StakingTrades made some big statements, presenting its offices in the UK, Ireland, and Australia. Yet, the whole disclaimer doesn’t mention any regulation, which raised a red flag. Upon thorough StakingTrades review, we concluded this firm is a scam. Here’s why.

Broker status: Offshore Broker
Regulated by: Unlicensed brokerage
Scammers Websites: stakingtrades.com
Blacklisted as a Scam by: N/A
Owned by: N/A
Headquarters Country: Marshall Islands
Foundation year: 2022
Supported Platforms: WebTrader
Minimum Deposit: $250

Types of Assets: FX, commodities, indices, shares, cryptocurrencies

What About StakingTrades Regulation?

StakingTrades claims to be a brand of STG CONSULT PLC, incorporated in England. Besides, the company allegedly has a branch in Australia under the name ST Group Ltd. At the same time, the official address is in Dublin. So, we have 3 Tier1 regulatory zones and no regulations.

Just for the record, none of these companies ever entered any commercial register in the UK, Ireland, or Australia. On top, the broker says the governing law is the law of the Marshall Islands, leading us to suspect this is another unregulated offshore cyber-fraud.

In order to add to the above, we strongly advise you not to invest in fraudulent brokers Invest Flow, TowerBridge and Fusionfx24.

Why Must A Broker Have a License?

A broker must have a license to increase safety and ensure that clients are reimbursed. Regulators such as the FCA, ASIC, or a CB of Ireland ensure that Forex firms have compensation funds to compensate potential victims in case of insolvency or any other issues.

Since StakingTrades is an unregulated brand and the alleged owner doesn’t exist, we can only advise you to be careful.

Traders Reviews About StakingTrades

The reviews mainly describe issues traders are going through, from signing up with the broker through a fraudulent crypto ad Bitcoin Revolution to being unable to make any withdrawals since the company is refusing to process requests or maintain any contact.

Please, also remember the names of Dualix, Inertia Finance and Holding Partners scams and avoid them at all costs! Also, always check the history of online trading companies before investing!

What Platforms Does StakingTrades Offer? – Available Trade Software

StakingTrades offers only a proprietary WebTrader. While it’s not as bad as some we’ve seen, it still lacks some basic tools. For example, there are no EAs and social trading is not enabled. All you can do is overview the trading assets, apply indicators, switch chart types, and check your trading history.

If you’re considering online investing, we advise you to look for a legitimate firm with MT4 or MT5.

All About StakingTrades Accounts

StakingTrades has 5 account types:

  1. Silver – 5,000 EUR
  2. Gold – 10,000 EUR
  3. Platinum – 25,000 EUR
  4. VIP – 100,000 EUR
  5. Diamond – 250,000 EUR

The higher your account, the more bonuses you can get, the shorter the time necessary to process the withdrawal request, and you’re entitled to higher leverage.

Countries Where StakingTrades Scam Is Active

Our review has shown that the majority of StakingTrades complaints come from:

  • Germany
  • Austria
  • Netherlands
  • Switzerland

About StakingTrades Trading Conditions

StakingTrades offers unregulated leverage of up to 1:500. Regulators have set a limit to 1:30 or 1:50 for the Forex market, ensuring your funds are not exposed to too high risk. Furthermore, the spread, swap, and other relevant trading conditions are nowhere to be found, meaning you’re risking investing your funds with this illicit firm.

Bonus Policy StakingTrades

The company has a malicious Bonus Policy, requiring you to repay the bonus amount plus the initial deposit 30 times before getting a penny back. This is why regulators forbid bonuses and other incentives to prevent scam firms from extorting funds through clauses like this.

StakingTrades Deposit, Withdrawal Methods, and Fees

StakingTrades accepts the following payment methods:

  • Bank wire
  • Credit/debit cards
  • E-wallets
  • Bitcoin

The same methods are available for withdrawals. Allegedly, the withdrawal request can take up to 4 days to be processed and additional time for the money to appear in your bank account. However, the company is not applying this policy, leaving clients to wait indefinitely. The Terms and Conditions suggest that there are no withdrawal fees for credit cards, while nothing’s mentioned for any other payment method.
