Crypto1Capital Review – Is Crypto1capital.com Broker Worth Your Trust?

Despite a somewhat misleading name, Crypto1Capital was providing trading in Forex and CFD. We say “was” since the domain is inactive, implying that the broker vanished.

While we’re unsure whether this is something temporary or if the owners ran away with the client’s funds, we want you to have all the facts. Furthermore, we want you to be able to recognize the pattern since fraudulent brokers often reappear under a brand-new name.

Read this detailed Crypto1Capital review and learn everything.

On top of that, we seriously recommend you not to invest in the fake brokers MorganCapFX, Robexcoin, and Primeinv. Do not trade with these unlicensed brokers if you want to save your money!

Is Crypto1Capital Сrypto Trading Company Legal?

Crypto1Capital is a virtually anonymous trading services provider. The brand has added an address in Switzerland, implying that it should be under FINMA regulation.

Upon checking the databases of FINMA and other major license providers, such as BaFin, CONSOB, and FSMA, we found a whole lot of warnings. Instead of being licensed, this firm has been banned for fraudulent activities.

The domain was registered in January 2022 and has already disappeared. We assume it’s due to many warnings. It’s now easy for clients to avoid being scammed by checking the regulatory blacklist.

Reasons Not to Trust an Unlicensed Broker

If a company is licensed, especially by Tier1 authorities, it has to follow firm rules. These brokers must keep clients’ funds in segregated accounts, respect leverage limits, and provide negative balance protection.

On the other hand, fraudsters like Crypto1Capital have no obligations. As you can see in this example, they can vanish at any time, and there are no financial authorities that would assist customers in being reimbursed.

Is Crypto1Capital a Trustable Broker?

Crypto1Capital is a crypto trading broker that vanished. After defrauding numerous customers, they have shut down their domain. The firm has been blacklisted in Switzerland and Belgium.

Warnings From Financial Regulators

The Crypto1Capital broker was blacklisted in Switzerland upon registering a false Swiss address. According to FINMA, there is no such brokerage in its commercial register.

The Italian regulator, CONSOB, later republished the same warning.

Belgian financial authority FSMA issued its own warning regarding crypto1capital.com. According to it, this domain cannot be trusted.

What Do Traders Think Of Crypto1Capital?

Instead of us talking in the name of victims, we’ll show you just one of many negative Crypto1Capital reviews.

“They’re a dirty gang, they pay people who give five star reviews here, and they use their friends to do it. They use fake names and false data and do not have any real address or license, just getting the money they steal it and they show open losing deals on your account to make you believe that they are trading money and losing it, I will never let them get away with their actions and everyone who helps them i have informed the police of that And now I’m working with my lawyer to collect more data about them, and I’m going to give it to the police as well. I ask all people who have been defrauded to file a complaint against them also with the police so that other people are not defrauded.”

– Trustpilot Customer

What Platform Does Crypto1Capital Provide?

While it’s not MetaTrader, Crypto1Capital’s trading platform was highly functional. Customers were offered a large number of TAs, including pending orders, Stop Loss, Take Profit, and plenty of technical indicators. If you wanted to apply any advanced strategies, it would be perfectly doable with this WebTrader.

However, a solid platform doesn’t make a good broker. It’s certainly a part of it, but a small one. If the firm is unlicensed, it can vanish with your funds, manipulate trading software, and more. And that’s precisely what Crypto1Capital did.

Crypto1Capital Accounts Overview

The company had four account types on offer.

  1. Silver – $250
  2. Gold – $5,000
  3. Platinum – $10,000
  4. VIP – $50,000

Besides the initial deposit, accounts differ in available trading tools and assistance.

Is There Access to a Demo Account?

The broker required paying an initial deposit immediately. Therefore, using a risk-free Demo was not an option.

Usually, scam brokers will pressure you to deposit on the spot. Enabling a Demo account is a waste of time and gives customers a chance to give up on a company.

Crypto1Capital – Countries Of Service

According to our research, the majority of Crypto1Capital scam victims come from:

  • Finland
  • Switzerland
  • Netherlands
  • Sweden
  • Germany
  • Estonia

Also remember the names of the Winvestock, Go Markets and Battle Trade trading scams and avoid them at all costs! Moreover, always check the background of online trading companies before investing!

Crypto1Capital Range of Trading Markets

Despite its name, Crypto1Capital allowed access to all five major markets, including:

  • Forex – EUR/USD, GBP/NOK, USD/ZAR
  • Commodities – gold, corn, natural gas
  • Indices – FTSE100, DAX30, S&P500
  • Shares – Amazon, Netflix, Google
  • Cryptocurrencies – ADA, BNB, USDC.

What Is Known About Crypto1Capital’s Trading Conditions?

Crypto1Capital’s trading conditions were quite solid. The spread was low, while the leverage was fixed at 1:1.

It’s a bit odd for a trading firm not to give customers any leverage, despite the regulatory cap being up to 1:50. However, it’s undoubtedly better than enabling too much leverage and exposing funds to risk.

Crypto1Capital Minimum Deposit, Withdrawal Terms, and Fees

This trading brokerage required $250 as an initial deposit. Comparing it to legitimate firms with Micro accounts worth $10, it is rather high.

Withdrawals are limited by a questionable bonus policy demanding clients reach an impossible rollover before being eligible for a payout request.

Methods of Making a Deposit

The only available payment method seems to be a debit/credit card. However, transactions were processed through 2 payment software we’ve never heard of, guaranteeing issues.

Note that both card companies allow chargeback disputes within up to 540 days. Thus, you can reach out and request your money back.

IdealinvestFX Detailed Review

With 3 false regulations listed on the website, IdealinvestFX broker is probably the hardest working scam we’ve seen recently. The company went so far as to give us a fake owner and convince us all that if you invest your money, it’ll be as safe as possible. Read our IdealinvestFX review, and let’s dissect this story.

Broker status: Unregulated Broker
Regulated by: Unlicensed brokerage
Scammers Websites: idealinvestfx.com

Owned by: Extraprime Ltd
Headquarters Country: N/A
Foundation year: 2021
Supported Platforms: Web trader
Minimum Deposit: $250
Cryptocurrencies: Yes – BTC, ETH, LTC – total 5
Types of Assets: FX, indices, commodities, stocks, cryptocurrencies
Maximum Leverage: 1:500

What About IdealinvestFX Regulation?

IdealinvestFX is allegedly a brand of Extraprime Ltd, holding licenses of Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Market Laws of 2017, IRMA, and ERSIC. Now, there’s one small issue in these claims – none of the alleged regulatory bodies exist, and none of the license numbers are real. Also, the governing law in the Terms and Conditions is the law of Australia, which implies the company should hold the ASIC license. This authority body and Australian company register have never heard of Extraprime Ltd or IdealinvestFX. So, if you were wondering whether you’re involved in the scam, the short answer is yes.

In addition, we strongly advise you not to invest in TradingTech, Zivyard and EuroFxFinance fraudulent brokers.

Fund Withdrawal Issues With IdealinvestFX Broker

Dealing with unlicensed brokers always carries the risk of being scammed. Since IdealinvestFX and those similar are well aware that they have no supervision regardless of the fake claims, they’re not worried about being caught. Therefore, extorting money and suspending clients’ accounts afterwards is nothing new. Many investors have reported that this particular broker froze their account once they submitted a withdrawal request and disabled the login option.

If you go through something similar or suspect you may be scammed by IdealinvestFX, let us know immediately.

Areas Of IdealinvestFX Trading Scam

Most complaints about IdealinvestFX and their clients’ treatment come from the UK, Germany, Italy, and Moldova. Right behind are Australia, Belgium, South Africa, and more. Be aware that you’re dealing with a scam company, and getting your money back might be quite a challenge. Ask for help before it’s too late.

IdealinvestFX Trading Instruments

The company offers trading on 5 major markets, including:

  • Currency pairs
  • Commodities
  • Indices
  • Shares
  • Cryptocurrencies

Also, there are a couple of ETFs for those interested. Yet, the Account Types section suggests that no matter how much you upgrade, you will not have ETF and crypto trading enabled, so we’re unsure what you need to do to get access to these assets. It might be a mistype, or the broker just didn’t care what to put on the website since there will be no trading – they will steal your money and disappear.

Traders About IdealinvestFX Scam

As you can see from the company’s main page, clients are encouraged to download AnyDesk or TeamViewer. Fraudulent firms often use this software to access clients’ devices and their online banking and vanish with the money. That’s what most IdealinvestFX scam victims shared in their reviews – once they allowed access, their bank account was emptied, and the money was gone.

How Does Online Trading Scam Work?

Whenever you see an ad telling you that you can make $5-10 thousand within a short period of time, know that you’re going into a scam. Yes, it’s possible, but legit brokers will never make such a promise, rather deliver results. Also, pay attention to details because IdealinvestFX, for example, went above and beyond to give fake information. Make sure to check it before giving your money away. And lastly, if you cannot withdraw your money whenever you want and there are problems with it, it’s another big scam sign, and it’s time for you to get help.

Also remember the names of the Tredexo, CMMCI and 12Trader trading scams and avoid them at all costs! Moreover, always check the background of online trading companies before investing!

Scammed by IdealinvestFX? – Tell Us Your Story

Don’t be ashamed to tell your story. Being scammed on the financial market is not the worst thing that can happen. However, letting scammers run with your hard-earned money is bad. There’s a solution for your case, and it’s called a chargeback.

But What Is A Chargeback?

This is a way for your bank to reverse the fraudulent transaction and get your money back. For more details, contact us via online chat and book a free consultation. Let’s take this first step together!

Spotinvest Review – 5 Things To Watch About Spotivnest.com Trading Scam

When we thought we have seen everything, Spotinvest reveals its secrets. The broker is an offshore and unlicensed trading medium. The company operates from Saint Vincent and Grenadine, as found in our research.

If you have heard they operate from some other country don’t be surprised. Since there is no regulation or license that this company provides, a lot of information is uncertain.

Also, remember the names of the BitTrust, FinuTrade and Metadoro trading scams and avoid them at all costs! Moreover, always check the background of online trading companies before investing!

Stories About SpotInvest’s Regulatory Status

A crucial part of trading is license. Spotinvest doesn’t offer any security for its clients. Conditions presented on their website are risky. In addition to that, there’s a high probability that some conditions are created or modified along the way.

On the other hand, Spotinvest is trying to make an impression that they are another company that is registered in the UK.  Misleading clients is completely against the law. That’s why licensing is very important.

A lot of warnings from regulatory bodies. There is no license or real ownership information available. Very speculative trading terms and conditions. More than enough red flags not to do business with this company.

Why It Is Better Not to Choose An Unlicensed Broker

If you are trading with an unlicensed broker you can face different problems. Especially when it comes to withdrawing your money. Unlicensed trading companies are finding loops in the laws and conditions to steal your money.

Regulation is very important, like in any other business sphere. Even if they had a license, we always recommend looking for FCA, ASIC or BaFin License. These licenses are the most trusted ones, that belong to Tier 1 regulation.

So Is SpotInvest a Decent Broker or a Scam?

A lot of warnings from regulatory bodies. There is no license or real ownership information available. Very speculative trading terms and conditions. More than enough red flags not to do business with this company.

Warning and Blacklisting From Financial Regulators

Through research, we found that there are multiple warnings issued against this company by the FCA – Financial Conduct Authority – UK and CNMV – Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (Spain). In the past were warnings about its sister company – most probably just rebranding.

SpotInvest Software – Platform Tools

As for the trading program, the company states that they use a web-based trading MT5 platform. Checking their platform is not available unless you are a registered user.

To do a complete Spotinvest review we signed up. That got us to the web-based platform, that doesn’t look like MT5. There is not even an option to log in and connect to MT5 servers.

Mobile Trading

Spotinvest trading offers as well mobile version of the platform, but not MT5. It should be taken into consideration that scammers often use trusted tools to fool their victims.

Since they are not licensed, everything is speculative.  With platforms like these, manipulation in trading is one of the biggest downsides.

AnyDesk and TeamViewer – Access To Your Bank Account

This is a very important part of your privacy. If you are not able to do it yourself, don’t let someone else do it through your device. Exposing your personal information is very dangerous.

Scammers are often using this tactic, to show you something and in the end to lead you to your bank account. After that anything can happen. Most of the time, people end up being ripped off.

SpotInvest Range Investment Opportunities – Trading Instruments

After our registration, we found different assets available on the platform :

  • Forex – USD/JPY ; NZD/CAD; AUD/CAD;
  • Commodities – Gold, Platinum, Oil
  • Indices – DAX30, S&P500, NASDAQ
  • Stocks – Netflix, AMD, NVidia
  • Cryptocurrencies – BTC, LTC, ETH

Where Does SpotInvest Engage In Fraud? – Countries Of Service

Spotinvest reviews reveal that they are  often scamming people from:

  • Spain
  • Netherlands
  • Canda
  • UK
  • Italy

What is more, we strongly advise you not to invest in EuropeMarket, Golden Bridge Capital and AXCapital fraudulent brokers.

What Are The Different SpotInvest Account Types?

Account types listed on the website are:

  • Bronze – 250 EUR
  • Silver – 10.000 EUR
  • Gold – 25.000 EUR
  • Platinum – 50.000 EUR
  • VIP – 250.000 EUR

All accounts give you more benefits, lower spreads, bigger bonuses and higher leverage.

Offer Demo Or Trial Accounts

Spotinvest trading doesn’t offer DEMO accounts. Only live accounts with different conditions are available.

How Much Is Leverage, Spreads and Fees

The basic account is the only one that has zero withdrawal fees. Other types have only one zero-cost withdrawal per month. After that, it could be anything.

Leverage ranges from 1:10 for the Basic account up to 1:50 for the VIP trading account. On some markets, it can get up to 1:500.

Spreads are not mentioned on their website, but taking a look at the platform didn’t bring anything good. Standard spreads on licensed platforms are 1 pip on some assets. With Spotinvest, these spreads are at least 10 times higher.

NuxTrade Review – What Are The Risks Of Investing Here

NuxTrade is a primarily anonymous offshore broker registered in St. Vincent and Grenadines. With its registration in 2022, they have already earned a bad reputation. In general, if so quickly your services are exposed as a scam, there is no reason for anyone else to trust their money here.

But to discover exactly why read this NuxTrade review carefully.

As well, stay away from the trading scams XtreamForex, MaxVol, and Finero! Furthermore, before investing, always investigate the history of internet trading firms!

Broker status: Unregulated Broker
Regulated by: Unlicensed Scam Brokerage
Scammers Websites: nuxtrade.com
Blacklisted as a Scam by: FCA
Owned by: NuxTrade Ltd
Headquarters Country: St. Vincent and Grenadines
Foundation year: 2022
Supported Platforms: Web  trader
Minimum Deposit: 500 USDT
Cryptocurrencies: Yes – BTC, DASH, LTC
Types of Assets: Forex, Commodities, Stocks, Indices, Cryptocurrencies
Maximum Leverage: 1:600
Free Demo Account: N/A
Accepts US clients: No

Is NuxTrade a Scam Broker?

Firstly, NuxTrade trading companies can’t have domestic regulations. St.Vincent and Grenadines are not providing any trading licenses. Mostly due to many fraudulent companies that have made their headquarters there. What FSA suggests is that brokers apply for licenses in the country where they provide services.

The broker is not regulated. There is already a warning from the FCA. Non-competitive trading platform. Extreme leverage and non-transparent trading conditions. No demo account available.

One of the main countries targeted here is the UK. All companies providing trading services there must have an FCA license or TPR (Temporary permission regime). But upon checking the register of FCA, also BaFin and ASIC, we couldn’t find any license information for the NuxTrade scam broker.

Financial Watchdogs’ Cautions

The research on the NuxTrade license was completely disappointing once we found a warning. In fact, from one of the most trusted Tier 1 regulators.

In less than one year of business existence, FCA exposed its fraudulent activities. Therefore, it’s time to opt for another broker. Take a look.

What Traders Are Saying About NuxTrade

After all, we can confirm FCAs statements through the NuxTrade reviews. For instance, on Trustpilot, there are already 57 reviews.

Out of these, almost 30% of those are with a 1-star rating. Expected or not, many traders complained about withdrawal issues. That’s where regulation plays a key role.

NuxTrade Software – Platform Comparison

Another key point for experienced clients is trading software. Nobody wants an uncompetitive platform with almost no features. What NuxTrade scam broker offers is a plain web trader with minimal trading options available.

It has only basic charting options, a small number of indicators and basic trading options. If you were looking for social or copy trading, you can forget it. Not to mention that mobile users can only get access to the platform through the browser. In general, nothing available can compare it to the best option in the industry – Meta Trader.

NuxTrade’s Trading Assets and Instruments

NuxTrade broker advertises only 3 instrument classes – commodities, currencies and crypto. However, their web trader is accessible and we can see there are some more options. But it’s concerning that they can’t even present their offer properly.

Anyway, you can choose between:

  • Forex                        AUD/CZK, GBP/HKD, EUR/HUF
  • Commodities            natural gas, palladium, aluminum
  • Indices                      DE 30, FRA 40, ITA 35
  • Shares                      Amazon, Sony, Aurora
  • Cryptocurrencies       BTC, DASH, XRM

NuxTrade Countries Of Service

What we can see from NuxTrade reviews is their operations pattern. They are primarily scamming traders from:

  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • Bulgaria
  • New Zealand

Since UKs FCA already issued a warning, it’s just a matter of time before ASIC and FMA will do the same.  Be careful when investing with an anonymous broker like NuxTrade.

NuxTrade List of Account Types

Generally speaking, what’s important for this broker is to clearly present their offer. There are 5 account types available. Those are designed to attract traders to make bigger deposits. What you get in return for that is higher leverage which leads to higher risks. And some minor educational and support plans.

Here are the offers:

  • Prelude                     500 USDT
  • Growth                      5.000 USDT
  • Expert                      25.000 USDT
  • NuxTrade Ace           100.000 USDT
  • NuxTrade Zenith        150.000 USDT

The important fact is that all deposits are made through anonymous crypto transactions.

Can a Trader Use a Demo Account?

The company doesn’t offer any risk-free options for its customers. Instead of risking $500 with this broker, you can open a micro account with some licensed company.

Those accounts start at $10. But more importantly, they present a perfect balance between a demo and a live account.

Terms of Service for NuxTrade

Nothing that this broker presents on their website is relevant. The only goal this broker has is to scam traders. So, whatever terms and conditions or withdrawal policy they have it’s fraudulent. They are not obligated to meet any of their conditions.

Moreover, the only available payment method is cryptocurrency. To be precise, Bitcoin. This is extremely shady, especially for a non-licensed offshore broker scam.

Leverage, Spreads and Fees

Since they are trading in Europe, their leverage shouldn’t exceed 1:30. Yet, this broker provides leverage up to 1:600 for Pro accounts and 1:400 for retail.

As for spreads, those are not clarified. The broker advertises prelude, gold, expert and custom spreads but without any numbers. So, don’t get shocked if this broker rips you off through spreads. Additionally, they are using swap fees as well to extort more money. Allegedly they offer a discount for the bigger account type. But any deposit ends up in their scamming pocket.

Scammed by a NuxTrade Broker? – We Want To Hear Your Story.

Since this broker lacks important regulations you can’t seek a solution through authorities. Let us hear your story first. That way we can raise voices against this company and prevent traders from getting scammed.

Consequently, you can reach out to our expert team for advice on the fund recovery process. With CipherTrace technology our team can trace even crypto transfers. Once you find the final destination you might get your money back. Not all hope is lost.

What Is the Chargeback Procedure?

In cases where you are using debit/credit cards, you can file a chargeback. For your information, it is often requested by the cardholder or merchant. However, it is only available in the first 540 days of the transaction.

Our team is at your disposal. Don’t hesitate and contact us to start your money recovery process already today.

What Is NuxTrade?

NuxTrade is an offshore company providing FX and CFD trading services from SVG since 2022.

Is NuxTrade a Scam Broker?

Absolutely. They are not regulated and FCA issued already a warning against the broker.

Is NuxTrade Available in the United States or the UK?

NuxTrade services are not available for clients from the US, but yes for the UK.

Does NuxTrade Offer a Demo Account?

No. We couldn’t see information about the demo on their website, only live trading accounts.

Unfortunately, many users start reading reviews only after falling victim to scams. We sincerely hope that you are not one of them!

However, if you’re here because you suspect that your investment isn’t in a safe place, know that you have the right to claim funds back!

DG Flex Detailed Review

Claiming to offer an easy start, no hidden fees, and advanced trading tools, DG Flex broker seems like a place to be. However, once you dig a bit underneath the surface, you’ll understand that, despite its legitimate appearance, this broker is unregulated and not worth your time or money. Read our DG Flex review and find it all out.

Broker status: Unregulated Broker
Regulated by: Unlicensed brokerage
Scammers Websites: dgflex.co
Blacklisted as a Scam by: FCA
Owned by: SP ZOO SEPUR
Headquarters Country: Poland
Foundation year: 2021
Supported Platforms: Web trader
Minimum Deposit: $10,000
Cryptocurrencies: Available
Types of Assets: FX, cryptocurrencies, stocks
Maximum Leverage: 1:400
Free Demo Account: No
Accepts US clients: No

What About DG Flex Regulation?

DG Flex is a brand owned by SP ZOO SEPUR, registered in Poland. Brokers need to opt for the KNF regulation to provide financial services from this country. So, our first place to search was this particular register. Once we found nothing, we moved to other Tier 1 registers such as ASIC, FCA, BaFin, but still no trace of DG Flex regulation.

Knowing that the company is unregulated, we can advise you to avoid it. Usually, brokers avoid regulations so they wouldn’t be obligated to form compensation funds used to reimburse clients and because they tend to gather money and disappear.

DG Flex Warnings From Financial Regulators

It seems that DG Flex falsely represents itself as a part of a UK-regulated company, D G Financial Services Limited. Once the FCA received enough warnings, they decided to add DG Flex to the blacklist and mark it as a clone firm.

Be aware that D G Financial Services Limited uses the domain dgfs.biz and has no relation to DG Flex whatsoever.

In addition, we strongly advise you not to invest in 121 CoinX, BenefFX and TrogonsBay fraudulent brokers.

Fund Withdrawal Issues

As you can conclude, company tried very hard to present itself as legitimate. It chose an EU country for its headquarters while claiming to be part of a UK-regulated firm. Seeing the similarity in their names, we believe that it wasn’t hard for clients to believe that they had been engaged with a legal business.

Once they take the money, DG Flex account managers have no obligation to return it since they’re not obliged by any regulation, and nobody supervises their activities.

If you have experienced any kind of issue such as unprocessed withdrawal requests, frozen or blocked trading accounts, let us know immediately.

Areas Of DG Flex Scam

The broker mainly operates in Germany, the Netherlands, and Canada, according to complaints. You should understand that scams have no boundaries, and since the broker belongs under no regulatory jurisdiction, DG Flex doesn’t bother to choose its victims.

Wherever you are, don’t accept any offers coming from this fraudulent trading firm, or you may risk becoming the next victim.

Traders About DG Flex Scam

First of all, this broker is forcing cryptocurrencies, bragging about offering the best platform and the most diversified assets. It all rang a bell for us to ask if clients are forced to deposit in crypto as well.

According to DG Flex reviews, even if you choose to transfer your funds via credit card, the company’s employees will use it to purchase crypto and cover the trace of the transaction. Reviews are full of negative comments and clients ask for a refund without any chance of getting it.

How Does Online Trading Scam Work?

Usually, online trading scams start with a fraudulent ad showing how much money you could make if you have used a certain software, brokerage, or similar. Once you enter your details, you will be harassed until you actually pay the money.

In the case of DG Flex, you will need to have $10,000 ready, which we would say is tremendously high and implies a scam.

Once you fall for the story and deposit the funds, your struggle will begin. Everything will seem fine until you ask for your first payout, and then you’ll simply be blocked and ignored.

Pay Extra Fees Before Withdraw

DG Flex is one of those brokers who won’t give up if there’s money to extort. They will try to sell you a story about paying fees and taxes prior to getting money back. Even if you go with it and pay the money, you will never get a withdrawal; just lose everything you ever paid to this fraudulent firm.

Also remember the names of the Hive Markets, BankDeFX and Electrum24 trading scams and avoid them at all costs! Moreover, always check the background of online trading companies before investing!

Scammed by DG Flex? – Tell Us Your Story

Let us know whether you’ve been scammed by DG Flex or a similar bogus broker. Our chargeback specialists are here to hear your story and assist you in filing a dispute.

But What Is A Chargeback?

A chargeback is a way for your bank to get a refund if you prove that you have been scammed. Contact us via online chat to book a free consultation and get all the details about your particular case before it’s too late!

What Is DG Flex?

DG Flex is an online trading Forex and CFD provider without a license.

Is DG Flex Regulated?

No, company is not regulated and provides trading services without any authorization.

Is DG Flex A Scam Broker?

Broker has been marked as a UK-based clone firm and blacklisted as a scam.

Unfortunately, many users start reading reviews only after falling victim to scams. We sincerely hope that you are not one of them!

However, if you’re here because you suspect that your investment isn’t in a safe place, know that you have the right to claim funds back!

Legal Info: Is RNInvesting Legit?

RN Investing claims to be a legitimate Canadian investment firm, based in Montreal. That would’ve been great if it were true but it is not. RN Investing is not licensed to offer services. We checked the register of the Quebec regulator.

There is, however, a regulatory warning issued against RN Investing by the French financial market watchdog, the AMF, on August 23, 2023. This basically means that RN Investing is not compliant with European regulations.

Therefore, there is absolutely no reason why you should trust this illicit investment firm or any other unregulated scammer such as Exobit for that matter.

Instead, find a licensed provider that’s regulated by a renowned financial market authority such as the FCA (UK), CFTC & NFA (US), BaFin (Germany), IIROC (Canada), ASIC (Australia), CySEC (Cyprus), MAS (Singapore), etc.

Who Are RN Investing’s Victims?

According to godaddy.com/whois, the rn investing com website domain was created on June 1, 2023, nearly three months ago. Since then, the financial swindler has illegally been offering services primarily to traders residing in the following countries:

  • United States;
  • United Kingdom;
  • Japan;
  • Serbia;
  • France.

RN Investing is using a sophisticated and cunning facade to “infiltrate” these jurisdictions and find victims. Luckily, the French AMF noticed RN Investing and issued a firm warning against the trickster’s monkey business.

It should be stressed that all these jurisdictions, especially the US, have different financial market rules and regulations. RN Investing definitely has no authorization to operate anywhere.

If you are unsure which is the right platform for you, book a free consultation with us.

Trader Reviews – RN Investing avis

What do traders think about RN Investing? Popular forums such as trustpilot.com and scamadviser.com feature mixed reviews but the negative ones seem more honest. Some traders who believe they lost money to this platform claim they had issues with the RN Investing login process while others were simply asking for help.

A lot of the reviews on Trustpilot are in French and the majority of complaints were written relatively recently, meaning RN Investing created its website and started doing its shady business right away. Please heed these warnings and avoid falling into the same unscrupulous trap!

RN Investing Trading Platform

RN Investing offers the renowned MetaTrader 5 platform with a comprehensive toolkit for traders of all levels. MT5 ensures convenience and accessibility with cutting-edge features such as automated trading, live market reports, a user-friendly interface, etc. The platform can be used to trade Forex currency pairs, stocks, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.

In addition to the desktop version of MT5, the platform can also be downloaded on Android and iOS mobile devices, enabling the user to trade on the go and quickly adjust to market movements and fluctuations.

Although MT5 is widely considered the best platform available today, it cannot compensate for the fact that RN Investing has no license to provide Forex trading services.

RN Investing Trading Account Types

According to RN Investing’s website, the company offers various live trading account types for all levels and budgets. Here’s an overview:

  • Bronze Account:
    • Minimum Initial Deposit: 1,000 USD;
    • 20% bonus;

  • Platinum Account:

    • Minimum Initial Deposit: 250,000 USD.

Each account tier offers the same features as the preceding type plus additional benefits and perks such as one-on-one lessons, daily market reviews, risk-free account management, etc.

But there are some big disadvantages – there is no risk-free demo account and the minimum deposit of 1,000 USD is pretty high. There are plenty of licensed providers that will charge you much less money to open a standard live account type.

Leverage, Spreads, Commissions, Bonuses

RN Investing claims to offer different leverage caps and spreads for each account type. However, the website did not specify the exact maximum leverage or the available spreads. And since the commissions are unknown as well, the entire trading conditions segment is not transparent.

As for the bonuses, RN Investing says that “until the required conditions for a bonus payment have been fully satisfied, withdrawals of bonus funds or trading profits from are not possible.” However, these shady conditions were not disclosed in the legal documentation.

RN Investing Withdrawal Process

RN Investing listed two available payment methods for depositing and withdrawing funds:

  • Credit/debit cards;
  • Wire transfers.

The minimum deposit is 1,000 USD but the deposit and withdrawal fees, as well as the payment processing time, were not disclosed so you can expect hidden fees.  Such a lack of transparency is alarming.

RN Investing is unlikely to respect the refund policy and give you your money back in case of a dispute. Luckily, MasterCard and VISA card transactions can be reversed. If you’re having withdrawal issues, you can request a chargeback at the issuing bank within 540 days.
