Legal Info: Is Soqrex.com Legit Or A Scam?

If you are an inexperienced trader, you might think this exchange is top-notch, especially with its $67 million daily network volume. But once you realize it’s copy-pasted information from their other brands, you will see they are an absolute scam.

Not only is the Soqrex.com exchange not regulated, but none of their other entities are either, such as Koypxex, Koygex, and Jambles. But there are another 30 brands with the same data. Even worse, the same T&Cs and lack of regulations apply there. Therefore, we suggest you find a crypto exchange with tier 1 regulations, such as FCA, ASIC, or BaFin.

Who Are Soqrex.com’s Clients?

Important to realize is that the Soqrex crypto exchange doesn’t have any reviews. Yet, they present themselves as the best company in Europe. But if you take a look at the who.is database, you’ll see that this brand has been active since October 2023.

Even though the company has a short life span, they have a wide range of countries targeted. Primarily the ones in Latin America:

  • Brazil
  • Colombia
  • Argentina
  • Chile
  • Mexico

If you are coming from any of those, don’t hesitate to contact us for refund advice. Otherwise, you can forget about any withdrawal from this company.

Investment Costs With Soqrex.com

Another reason not to trust this firm is because of extremely suspicious trading conditions. The Soqrex.com fraud is solely based on manipulation. Therefore, none of their fees and commissions can be trusted.

Even though they advertise highly attractive fees below 0.1%, that’s completely fictive. Not to mention, that’s the only fee they reveal. But in reality, there could be many more, considering their missing regulations. That’s why we suggest you check out our Gravity Trade review and see other useful tips.

Bonuses

Overall, crypto exchanges rarely offer any bonuses. But if they do, you better read the bonus policy. Because if you start reading it when it’s too late, you won’t see any of your funds back. Simply, unregulated firms can serve clients with any clauses they want. After all, nobody monitors that.

Soqrex.com Trading Features

Once you expose the Soqrex scam, all of its features become questionable. Primarily conditions, fees, and withdrawals. But all of their shady activities start with one thing. That’s a web-based platform.

Trading Platforms Available

Instead of trusted third-party apps or proprietary apps, you can only trade on a web trader here. But every experienced trader will tell you not to. Firstly, such platforms have a lot of bugs. Secondly, they are using data from third-party sources. Lastly and most importantly, that data can be modified and used to the company’s advantage.

Available Trading Assets

As it seems, the company offers more than 200 assets. But with so many bogus lies, it’s hard to believe that. In any case, customers can only choose to trade cryptocurrencies here. Some of those are:

  • Bitcoin
  • Bitcoin Cash
  • Polkadot
  • Ethereum
  • Litecoin and many more

Account Types

The account types with unregulated firms solely show traders how much the company wants from them. In the case of Soqrex scam, that amount is unknown. But in any case, the company highly promotes its premium account.

There’s a clause as well forcing traders to switch to the Premium account if they have 0.2 BTC trading volume in the last 30 days. However, minimum requirements for Regular and Premium accounts remain unknown.

Mobile Trading App

Many traders nowadays can’t choose proper trading apps. But if the crypto trading company is not offering iOS or Android apps, there’s nothing to look for there. Every funds transfer to this firm is just a waste of time and money. But to know how to recognize those tiny details, read our FundsProMax review.

Demo Account

Regardless of the experience, traders should have demo account options with any firm. With a demo account, they can test all the features and trading tools. Yet, with the Soqrex.com company, that feature is missing. Therefore, after a deposit, you can only hope for the best.

Education

Since cryptocurrencies are still quite unpredictable, traders always look for adequate educational programs. Sadly, with Soqrex.com company, you can’t find any. On the positive side, it tells you how committed they are to helping other traders progress in the investment world.

Soqrex.com Withdrawal

With numerous brands running and being developed every other day, withdrawals with this firm are science fiction. Not to mention that they are absolutely anonymous entities without regulations. But also, the company has quite an unclear withdrawal policy.

Even though the withdrawal fees seem to be transparent, don’t be surprised if you get additional requests for more fees to be paid. It’s a standard scamming trick among swindlers.

Customer Support

One of the worst things in the investment world nowadays is poor customer support. But the support of Soqrex company is even below that. They don’t offer any. At least not for unregistered users.

But even the registered ones will be ignored if they are looking for a withdrawal. That’s how scamming firms are operating. If they don’t have an interest in you, they can easily ignore you.

Key Information To Consider About Soqrex.com

Hopefully, our honest Soqrex.com Review helps you understand this company’s key flaws, primarily about their transparency and regulation. Nobody with common sense should trust this anonymous firm. In addition to that, they are using suspicious software, offering shady conditions, and have zero withdrawal transparency.

But if you already trusted your money to this company, don’t worry. Our refund specialists are available for consultation and to help you recover your funds. But before you start the process, you can get the first consultation completely free. Book yours now!

Axiom Trade Review: Final Verdict and Summary

Axiom Trade is a brand of a company we’ve already met, Widdershins Group Ltd. For more details about the company, you can read our InvestBoost review.

However, we’ve researched the Axiom Trade broker as well to make sure the company is following the same scam path with all the brands. Read our Axiom Trade review and find out everything about the brokerage.

Regulated by: No regulation
Headquarters Country: Commonwealth of Dominica
Foundation year: 2020
Supported Platforms: Web trader
Minimum Deposit: $250
Types of Assets: Shares, indices, forex, commodities
Maximum Leverage: 1:100
Demo Account: Yes
Site Grid toptrade.group24fintime.ioinvestboost.co

Axiom Trade Regulation and Security

As mentioned, Axiom Trade is a brand of Widdershins Group Ltd. The company owns several other brands, including InvestBoost, TopTrade, and 24FinTime. The company also held a brand Finlay.io that was shut down due to too many complaints.

The broker is based in the Commonwealth of Dominica and operates with no regulation whatsoever. This is probably why there are many negative reviews by other traders and many security warnings about the broker.

Axiom Trade is not legit and not safe to trade with!

Warnings From Financial Regulators

The company owner of Axiom Trade has many security warnings for several different brands. The company has warnings from Lithuanian LB, the Italian CONSOB, and Spanish CNMV. Since all these brands are not legit, we can conclude the same about Axiom Trade. It’s an unregulated offshore entity conducting a scam. Be aware of this broker!

Can I make money with Axiom Trade?

Long story short, no. You cannot make money with an unregulated company. Since nobody is watching over the broker, it can easily conduct a scam.

The broker is using a web trader, which gives it more access to clients’ trades. Also, the minimum deposit is $250, which is very high for an unregulated offshore brokerage. If you compare it to other FCA, CySEC, or ASIC regulated brokers allowing you to start with $10, you will see that there is no reason to have an account with Axiom Trade.

The spread this broker offers is higher than most regulated brokers, starting from 1.18 pips, while the leverage is 1:100.

All this does not matter since the broker has no regulation and many clients experienced withdrawal issues, according to Axiom Trade reviews we found.

Scammed by Axiom Trade?

If you were scammed by Axiom Trade, you need to know you’re not the only victim of this broker. You need to file a dispute and request a chargeback.

But what is a chargeback? It’s a way to refund your card in case you were a victim of an online scam. Contact our support team via chat immediately, and they will guide you through this procedure!

What is Axiom Trade?

It’s an online trading broker based offshore, operating without regulation.

Is Axiom Trade a scam?

Since the company has no regulation and has several regulatory warnings, we can say that Axiom Trade is not a legit broker.

Is Axiom Trade a good broker?

It’s an unregulated offshore brokerage with many regulatory warnings.

Unfortunately, many users start reading reviews only after falling victim to scams. We sincerely hope that you are not one of them!

However, if you’re here because you suspect that your investment isn’t in a safe place, know that you have the right to claim funds back!

TruthGPT Review: What is TruthGPT Coin and Is It Safe?

TruthGPT is one of many coins that are exploiting celebrities. Often you can find videos and alleged Tweets from famous people saying that they support specific crypto and are investing in it.

This one is no exception. Therefore, we elaborated on everything in our detailed TruthGPT review.

Is This Coin Safe? It’s not safe
Known Websites: truthgpt.one
Have Warnings from: SSB, NJOAG
Registered in: N/A
Operating since: 2023
Minimum Deposit: No Minimum
Deposit Bonus: N/A
Free Demo Account: No
How to  Withdraw Your Investment? It’s highly unlikely you will be allowed to withdraw your money. Therefore, you can contact the local authorities, law enforcement, and our chargeback and CipherTrace specialists for help.

How to Verify Is TruthGPT Legit Or Another Scam Project?

First of all, any new coin needs to have a whitepaper. And yes, the TruthGPT website gives you access to some kind of information, but it’s mainly irrelevant. Namely, this whitepaper should contain technical details, use cases, roadmap, but also information about the team behind the project and the regulations they comply with.

Meanwhile, TruthGPT says their team prefers to remain anonymous, with the lead developer being “Truth Seeker.” That sounds like a bad joke, right? In addition, there’s no phone number or an official address where we’d be able to look for the owner. Say you invest a lot of money, you cannot get it back, and you have nobody to contact or sue. Not good.

In May 2023, the Texas State Securities Board placed an immediate cease and desist order to stop this investment scam. Not long after, NJOAG of New Jersey followed up with a similar order. Then, we’ve got orders in Montana, Alabama, and Kentucky as final confirmation that the entire project is bogus.

To summarize, the TruthGPT scam is just one of many, and we advise you to be careful.

Who Are TruthGPT Victims?

TruthGPT registered its domain in the GoDaddy WHOIS database in February 2023. Ever since, the coin has been advertised all around the globe. According to traffic reports, the majority of their victims come from:

  • US,
  • UK,
  • Canada,
  • Japan,
  • India.

Note that there have been a lot of fake ICOs in the past, and more are about to come. Be wary, and don’t trust anything that sounds too good to be true.

How Does TruthGPT Scam Work?

With all the technology, scammers have it way easier now to convince you to purchase something. For instance, TruthGPT uses various deepfake videos where celebrities allegedly support the project and explain how they are investing in it. Additionally, the company is faking images and Tweets of famous supporters.

Their web page includes misinformation and partial truths including Elon Musk. The company promises early investors high gains once the coin reaches market value. And yet, at the time of writing, TRUTH was worth $0.0001579 on CoinMarketCap, which is actually the lowest it’s been since it was listed.

The company is creating FOMO or Fear of Missing Out, claiming that there are only 1 million coins, and you must use the opportunity now. Let us remind you of a similar story with OneCoin, whose owner ended up on the FBI’s Most Wanted list. Don’t let it happen to you, and don’t fall for this clearly fake coin.

TruthGPT Mobile App

TruthGPT mobile app is available for Android and iOS users. However, you have no use for such an app. You will see your money standing in the same place.

Further, you can contact TruthGPT support through the mobile app, but there’s only a bot available. You cannot find a human to resolve potential problems. In addition to the bot, you can join the Telegram group. And yet, we doubt anyone will help you with any issues.

How to Buy TruthGPT?

According to the website, you need to install MetaMask or TrustWallet on your device. Then, you can purchase ETH through ERC20 or transfer the coins from any other wallet. Then, you should connect this wallet to Uniswap, paste the TRUTH address, and swap ETH for TRUTH.

Every transaction incurs a 3% buying or selling fee. Considering that the coin has no value, we advise against buying it. It’s highly unlikely that you’ll ever profit from this phony currency.

What to Do If I Was Scammed to Buy TruthGPT?

There might be a solution if you were convinced to buy TRUTH and cannot get your crypto back. Our CipherTrace analysts can help you track your digital coins, prove where the money is, and you can file a report to the authorities.

Since law enforcement is already aware of this fake token, we believe they’ll be prepared to take action. Book a free consultation, let us evaluate your case, and we’ll find a way to assist.

What Is TruthGPT?

TruthGPT is a fake crypto token promising future gains for early purchasers. If you were convinced to buy this worthless coin, let us know, and we may be able to assist.

Is TruthGPT Available in the United States or the UK?

You can purchase the coin from anywhere. Yet, be careful since US authorities have already issued cease and desist orders.

Is TruthGPT a Regulated Crypto Project?

TruthGPT is hiding its owner, while the website doesn’t provide any regulatory information.

Unfortunately, many users start reading reviews only after falling victim to scams. We sincerely hope that you are not one of them!

However, if you’re here because you suspect that your investment isn’t in a safe place, know that you have the right to claim funds back!

Arioll Investment Group Review – Notorious Scam Firm Behind Many Domains

Ariol Investment Group is a known scam company that only switches from one domain to another similar one, as they win blacklists. The current one is ariolinv-gr.com, allegedly owned by Market Star LTD which should be located in Switzerland. The previous domain – ariolinvgroup.com was short-lived and quickly got blacklisted and shut down.

How this scam unfolds as well as concrete dangers that await on the current and potentially future domains, is what our Ariol Investment Group review covers.

Regulated by:  Unregulated Broker
Is This Company Safe?  Scam companies are not safe!
Known Websites: https://ariolinv-gr.com/ – active

http://www.ariolinvgroup.com/ – inactive

Have Warnings from: FINMA, CONSOB
Registered in: Switzerland (alleged)
Operating since: 2023
Trading Platforms: Desktop and Webtrader
Maximum Leverage: 1:400
Minimum Deposit: N/A
Deposit Bonus: Hinted but undisclosed
Trading Assets: Crypto, Futures, Indices, Energies, Metals, Shares, Forex
Free Demo Account: Not available
How to  Withdraw from This Company? Withdrawals might be difficult without legal support of experts!

All The Illicit Domains

The first website that Ariol Investment Group launched (ariolinvgroup.com) went black only a few months after it started being operational. That is because two major EEA regulators have detected their scam activities and blacklisted them:

  • FINMA: https://www.finma.ch/en/finma-public/warning-list/ariol-investment-group/
  • CONSOB: https://www.consob.it/web/area-pubblica/avvisi-ai-risparmiatori/documenti/tutela/other/2023/ct20230529.htm

The Ariol Investment Group scam currently runs a new domain – ariolinv-gr.com, which was registered on 25th of April, this year. What’s more, to appear as if the new website has nothing to do with the previously exposed scam, a new company name was given – Market Star LTD.

Either way, the scam seems to be active again. Up and running, the swindling scheme forces clients into senseless investing without segregation of funds, negative balance insurance and compensation plan predetermined. This broker is anything but safe to invest with. We’d say the same about RightFX.

Who Falls Victim To Deception

Let us tell you right off the bat that anything seemingly magically profitable isn’t a real deal you should pour your life-savings into. Just because boiler room agents are convincing you to join the happy community of blessed users doesn’t mean you should blindly trust the fictitious trading conditions.

Money making is not in the least as careless and fun as the scam agents make it sound. Even less so through Forex, when it involves such high risks. To gain remote access to your machine and steal your sensitive info, Ariol Investment Group uses TeamViewer and AnyDesk apps!

Please pay attention to the following list and contact us immediately if you’re a resident of one and Ariol Investment Group employees have been contacting you:

  • United Kingdom
  • Poland
  • India
  • Lithuania

Experiences of Other Traders

Due to the domain still being fresh out of the scam oven, it wasn’t easy to dig out many reviews. The TrustPilot page for Ariol Investment Group only has a couple of opinions posted. The interesting part is that they’re all unifyingly negative. Take a look at a detailed one:

“It’s a nasty scam – pure & simple. These people are professional scammers & nothing else. They don’t care about you, customer service, honesty or your money. They talk the talk but can’t be trusted. I sadly got sucked in & not only did I lose a very large sum of money but they messed with my mental health significantly. They’ll tell you that the negative reviews online are ‘black marketing’ but that’s nonsense, they’re very likely to be all true.[…]”

Trading Expenses and Other Secrets

Ariol Investment Group advertises a maximum leverage of 1:400 as if it’s a good offer. If it was, it wouldn’t have been limited to 1:30 in the EEA and other strictly regulated areas.

Spreads aren’t even remotely revealed. And we can’t simply trust the broker when they claim to provide the “tightest spreads on the market”. Another type of expenses unrevealed are the transaction fees that scam brokers earn off the most.

Bonuses With Withdrawal Conditions

Although Ariol Investment Group doesn’t explicitly say bonuses are available, they did take time to elaborate on withdrawal conditions for the bonus sums. The number of lots you have to trade before the bonus is available for payout is the bonus divided by 4. A single lot is 100,000 units, so you can do the rest of the math and see if it’s even worth it at all.

The Unattractive Offer

We wonder where all the promised exceptional tools and benefits that Ariol Investment Group supposedly offers are. The trading platform is of questionable existence, that’s one. The account types do not provide enough information about the tools they feature.

Not even the minimum deposit is known until you contact the account manager! So is there even a reason to invest here? You can guess our answer.

Shady Trading Platform

If you’re brave enough, you can try and download the Desktop version of the mysterious software straight to your machine. If you’re lucky, the browser will not let you complete the download. If you’re not, then congratulations – you’ve got yourself a brand new, malicious software.

The web terminal is not easily accessible. Although you will be able to make an account, the manager has to let you in. All in all, we weren’t able to even glimpse at the advertised platform, so all the promises of automated trading and types of order execution went down the drain.

Mobile Trading App

Due to remaining anonymous and distributing malicious software however they can, the broker doesn’t have their app in the Google or Apple store. Instead, you can only download it from the site directly. Since we weren’t eager to get our machine infected with anything, we were reluctant to click on the suspicious download, and you shouldn’t either.

Trading Assets

The groups of tradable instruments are average at best. Without the platform, we cannot even verify if trading is possible at all. Here’s the financial products groups offered anyway:

  • Forex (EUR/USD, AUD/NZD, EUR/GBP)
  • Crypto (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ether)
  • Indices (FTSE, Dow Jones, Nikkei)
  • Precious Metals (Silver, Gold, Platinum)
  • Energies (Crude Oil, Brent, Natural Gas)
  • Futures on Stocks, Indices, Forex, and Commodities

Unclear Account Types

If you want to buy a package you can’t simply do so without contacting the account manager. After registering, your account has to be verified and approved by the mentioned person. We didn’t even dare hope for the existence of a Demo.

Only after going through the troubles of being pestered to invest can you pick one of the following account types with hidden pricing and unclear deposit requirements:

  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum

Unlikely Withdrawals

Throughout legal docs, Ariol Investment Group remained firm about not charging transaction fees. We do not recommend you trusting such hollow statements, though.

The only detail we could put a finger on is that the minimum amount for withdrawal is $50. All other aspects of money transfers, including commissions, methods and processing time are completely omitted.

CMMCI is also a broker notorious for not allowing clients to take back their investments.

Customer Support

Ariol Investment Group support service isn’t known for its diligence and responsiveness. What the defrauded clients have mostly reported about is how unhelpful the customer service is. Although there’s several phone numbers, we doubt they function as they should when it comes to quick troubleshooting.

Scam Summarized

Today’s review was on a shady company that acts like a reputable broker with a seemingly transparent and friendly website. These always hurt more than the scams you can immediately recognize. So do not sit and wait if you’ve invested your hard-earned money with this sham.

Contact us today and we will provide you with helpful legal advice in order to restore your investment as quickly as possible. We do not charge first consultation, so use the Live Chat and reach out to us promptly!

Capital Index Fund Review – Do Not Fall For CapitalIndexFund.com Scam

Capital Index Fund intrigued us with the perfect website they’ve created. To be honest, something like this could lure anyone into investing. However, we’ve checked some basic information, and this is where we started questioning the company’s legitimacy.

Read our Capital Index Fund review for further information.

What About Capital Index Fund Regulation?

Despite looking terrific, the Capital Index Fund broker is not regulated. The brand is owned by MC Pro Trading LLC and is based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. This offshore country has an FSA register, but not an official financial regulator. Companies should opt for a license in service countries, meaning with Tier1 regulators.

Unfortunately, the company didn’t go that far, leaving it unlicensed. And this means that your funds are at risk.

In addition to the above, we strongly advise you not to invest in Ruby Finance, Xpoken and LeumInvest fraudulent brokers.

Trading Software Overview

The Capital Index Fund offers a proprietary Web trader with 30 indicators, 24 charts, and 9-time frames. It’s forcing clients to use a PC as we haven’t seen anywhere that you can log in using your mobile device. Everything has to go through Linux, macOS, or Windows web browser.

However, the button wasn’t active once we tried to launch it. Does it mean that clients cannot access their trades, or it’s a temporary bug? We’re unable to tell. However, if a broker offers just a Web trader, not an MT4 or MT5, and even this platform has problems, you should know that something is suspicious.

Withdrawal Issues Details

Of course, after having issues logging in to the platform, we were not surprised to hear about issues with withdrawals. To place a payout request, you should be able to log in to the platform and access your funds first. From all the Capital Index Fund reviews, we’ve learned that the company is never approving withdrawal requests since they’re well aware that no regulator is supervising their activities, and they won’t be punished for their actions.

Pay Extra Fees Before Withdrawals

Another significant issue is that clients are asked to pay out bank fees and taxes before withdrawing money. The Capital Index Fund requests them to pay the money upfront before the withdrawal request is approved. As you can guess, it’s yet another scheme method to extort the last funds from innocent clients and vanish.

You will not see a penny back even if you pay the requested amount, which is never less than 30% of your profit. Be careful with Capital Index Fund trading scams.

Areas Of Capital Index Fund Scam

According to complaints, most company scam victims live in New Zealand, the UK, Singapore, Switzerland, and Norway. Since the broker is offshore and not regulated, you can fall victim wherever you are. So choose carefully which trading offers you are going to accept.

Traders on Capital Index Fund Scam

All CapitalIndexFund.co reviews are negative and for good reason. Traders are massively complaining about the inability to get withdrawals, while account managers are constantly pressuring them to invest more and more. There’s nobody who would want to say something good after being scammed for significant amounts of money by an offshore firm.

How Does Online Trading Scam Work?

Online trading scams usually start after seeing an ad on Facebook or other social media. The broker presents itself as the best place for investing your money while you’re being promised certain returns.

After you make an initial deposit (in the case of Capital Index Fund, it’s $250), an account manager will assign you whose job will be to take everything you have. Once they do, your account will be suspended and you won’t be able to reaccess your money.

Also remember the names of the GXCM, Top-Respect and Capital com trading scams and avoid them at all costs! Moreover, always check the background of online trading companies before investing!

Arum Capital Review: Unveiling the Trading Platform and Tools

Arum Capital Regulation and Security

Arum Capital is a broker owned by Arumpro Capital Ltd, based in Cyprus. The company was established in 2017 and regulated by CySEC. There is only one legit domain this broker is allowed to use, arumcapital.eu. If you have been redirected to any other website, either it does not belong to Arum Capital, or the broker created a site for conducting frauds. Be aware of this.

When it comes to the security of the funds, since the broker has been CySEC regulated, there is an ICF, Investment Compensation Fund, established for cases of fraud. As per CySEC, every client that has been scammed is entitled to a refund from this fund up to 20,000 EUR. However, what happens if your loss is higher than this?

Withdrawal Issues with Arum Capital

Here, we come to the main question. Can you withdraw your funds from Arum Capital brokerage? Nobody starts trading for no reason. The idea is to make a profit and to withdraw this profit to your bank account. So, let’s go through a couple of trading terms and see how the withdrawal procedure goes.

First of all, you need to deposit a minimum of 500 EUR, which is a slightly high requirement even for a regulated brokerage. There are two account types with the broker, and the deposit requirement is the same. The only difference between the accounts is the commission broker is charging. The commission is charged twice when opening and closing the trade, which is also not fair.

The leverage complies with CySEC standard and goes up to 1:30 for the Forex market.

There are 69 currency pairs available, 11 indices, ten commodities, and five cryptocurrencies. However, the broker does not offer share trading, which is a bit odd since shares are the base of the trading market.

All the trades are executed on the MT5 trading platform. This is a solid choice. However, there is a reason why 80% of regulated brokers will offer you MT4 instead. It has more features for traders.

Despite the CySEC regulation, the broker does not provide financial services in France and Belgium. We cannot stop thinking about what the reason for such a decision is. The French and Belgium regulators are well-known as strong and protective. Is the broker avoiding penalties? We cannot tell yet in this Arum Capital review.

Many clients have reported withdrawal issues with the broker. If you are one of those, make sure to notify the regulator.

Scammed by Arum Capital?

If you were scammed by Aurum Capital or had any kind of issues, you need to file a complaint and request a chargeback. You need to get your hard-earned money back.

But what is a chargeback? It’s a way of refunding your card in case you were a victim of online fraud.

Contact our support via chat now and start the procedure.

What is Arum Capital?

Arum Capital is an online trading brokerage from Cyprus.

Is Arum Capital a scam?

The broker has several complaints regarding withdrawal issues.

Is Arum Capital regulated?

Yes, Arum Capital has a CySEC regulation.

Unfortunately, many users start reading reviews only after falling victim to scams. We sincerely hope that you are not one of them!
